An autocratic style of leadership is where the leader makes a decision without the consent of the subordinates.
A delegating leadership style is where the leader is willing to turn over responsibility for decision making and problem solving to the subordinates.

Bill Gates pays special attention when recruiting and retain the best in the software industry has to offer. He believed that recruitment of talented software engineers was one of the most critical elements in the software industry.
