Throughout human history great people with
leadership capability are either born with it or they are made into a leader by
circumstances. Regardless both a natural gifted leader and self-made leaders
are both good in their own right but if we were to analyze deeper into a gifted
leader and a self-made leader we could see that gifted leaders are as good as
they come due to the fact that they did not go through trials and tabulations
of being a inexperience leader however this is only partly true as some gifted
leaders are born in a sense that power, respect and authority are not served to
them on a silver platter which shows that they did worked for their statues. If
you’re wondering “wait this sounds more like a self-made leader.” Yes you are
right this indeed sound like a self-made leader however being gifted is one thing,
working for your subordinates’ respect is another. What I’m trying to say here
is that, leaders regardless of how gifted he or she may be cannot be a true
leader as they never started from rock bottom and rise through the rank whereas
a self-made leader worked from the bottom up and therefore he can relate to his
subordinates better which in turn earn their respects. A good king does not force
people to bow to him; a good inspires the people to stand with him. In a nut shell,
a good leader is a person who can earn the love and respect of their subordinates.
